| I love this new addition to my Rick Stein collection, it's crammed with delicious recipes and very tempting photographs. Rick has a great patter and will keep you entertained with his snippets from his travels and adventures. I found that some of the ingredients are a little awkward to source, I just have to travel into Atlanta. Many of these recipes are healthy so you can't go wrong with this purchase. Rick is very popular in my homeland and I'm hoping to purchase the DVD from this eastern series which I missed in the UK.
