Packaging
Around the outside of each Nahara gift box is a breathtaking photograph of the world-famous Yardenit Baptismal Site, the site by the Sea of Galilee where tourists and pilgrims come to be baptized in the Jordan River. The interior of the gift box transforms into a map of Galilee, providing customers an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Holy Land.
The Creation of Nahara:
Yarden Nahara Ltd. is the brainchild of Ronit Tzelnik, the company's co-founder. As far back as 1998, Ronit dreamt of creating a unique line of bath and body care products based on water from the Jordan River.
Having been born on December 24, Christmas Eve, Ronit felt an affinity to Christianity throughout her life. And, as a native of Israel, she wanted to provide pilgrims to her country and Christians around the world with an inspirational gift from the Holy Land. Ronit shared her idea with Debbie Saperia, a colleague of hers.
The result is Nahara (which in ancient Aramaic means "River"), a true labor of love. The Nahara Collection is an original line of bath and body care products created from the waters and wild flowers along the Jordan River in Galilee the site of Jesus' baptism, and other natural ingredients.
Nahara has worked diligently to ensure that as you use our products, you will experience the sensation of immersing yourself in the holy waters of the Jordan River, a virtual baptism all in the privacy of your own home.

| This is my second order, and the is collection awesome. The fragrance is so light and yet so delicious - everyone that smells it tells me they just love it. I've even had people stop me at work to ask what im wearing. My favorite product is the spritzer, and i love the lotion too, its really silky. | I gave this to my wife for her Birthday and she loved it. Im not a great fan of fragrances, and so i was a little worried when i ordered it because some products from Israel can be really strong and make me sneeze. To my relief when i gave it to my wife and she tried it on it was very nice and not at all overpowering. It doesn't make me sneeze at all, and it makes her feel really clean and fresh.
