| The colors taught in the video are black, white, red, purple, yellow, green, brown, pink, blue and orange. I think that each color should have been written out on the screen but only 5 of the colors are spelled out. There is a nice variety of music for each color and lots of things that are that color. I like this video and think my little girl could learn the colors from watching it, but I also have Brainy Baby Shapes & Colors. The colors portion of Brainy Baby is very, very similar to Baby's First Impressions Colors. In fact, much of it is an exact repeat, but Brainy Baby does add in the colors silver and gold. There are a few other differences that make me prefer Brainy Baby Shapes & Colors over this one. You certainly don't need both. If you want a video that teaches shapes then I'd recommend the Brainy Baby since it covers both shapes and colors in just one video.
